Shipping Charges & Delivery
All orders are shipped by UPS to Canada and the United States. All orders will be processed within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed (and paid in full) after 2:30PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. Please allow up to 48 hours (not including weekends) for your tracking to update online.
Shipping Charges & Timing
- Within Canada: Free shipping is offered at checkout to some locations within Canada for orders over $150 CAD (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes). Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged a rate at checkout based on shipping location. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track your order. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping within Canada.
- Within the United States: Free shipping is offered at checkout to some locations within the USA for orders over $150 USD (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes). Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged a rate at checkout based on shipping location. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping to the United States (Note: shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take 7+ business days and additional charges may apply).
*Note that orders over $500 CAD/USD may require a signature upon delivery.
Please note, at this time we do not ship to a PO box or APO/FPO Military Address.
Incomplete / Lost / Delayed Deliveries
If you need to edit your shipping address once your order is placed, please contact us right away. Our team will confirm whether the address can be modified. Note, once an order has been processed by our team, we cannot modify the shipping details. We are also unable to modify the route of a package once it has shipped.
Petals Biocosmetics is not responsible for failed deliveries cause by the following scenarios:
- Customer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Customer provided incorrect contact information (phone/email) that prevented customs from being able to clear the package
- Customer failed to pay customs and duties required for the package to be released
If your package was lost on the way, please contact us right away. We will do our best to send you a replacement if your case is verified by our team but this done on a case by case situation assessed by our team. By making a purchase with us, you agree that Petals Biocosmetics will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages that may happen during your shipment caused by any situation beyond our control, including severe weather situations.

Returns & Exchange
All sales are final. The only time a refund can be applied is if the original product(s) received are damaged, defective or you received the wrong product. Product return arrangement must be made by phone or by email prior to returning products.
Once we have confirmed that you can return the product, please follow these easy steps:
- Step 1: Pack the items along with a copy of your invoice
- Step 2: Returns must be prepaid; please note return shipping fees are not refundable.

If you received a FREE product, sample, or gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.
The refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving your parcel after it is examined. It must be unopened and unused. You will receive an email once the refund is completed.
Opened or Used
Due to sanitary reasons, if product is opened and/or the outside packaging is damaged, we will not accept the return.
Items purchased through our retail partners
We’re sorry but returns or exchanges for purchases made through one of our partnered retail locations may not be returned to Petals Biocosmetics Inc. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through www.dr-spillercanada.com, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution.
